Equipment

  • High-powered blender or food processor

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 cup frozen passion fruit pulp
  • 1 frozen coconut smoothie pack
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 4 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor: dragon fruit, passion fruit, coconut, mango, honey, and lime juice.
  • Blend on high until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times to ensure even blending. The texture should be thick and creamy like soft serve.
  • Taste and adjust: Add more honey if you’d like it sweeter or a little more lime for extra tang.
  • Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency, or scoop it into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top. Cover and freeze for 3–4 hours or until firm enough to scoop.
  • Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before scooping if it’s too hard.
