Ingredients

 All-purpose flour  Eggs Sea salt Brown sugar Granulated sugar Unsalted butter  Vanilla extract Red gel food coloring Unsweetened cocoa powder Milk chocolate chunks or chocolate chips

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

Step 1:

Add the eggs and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract and food coloring.

Step 2:

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and sea salt into the same bowl. Fold with a spatula until everything is combined and the batter is smooth.

Step 3:

Roughly chop a chocolate bar or you can use chocolate chips. Add the chocolate to the batter.

Step 4:

Pour the batter into the lined baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.

Step 5:

 If you are adding the cream cheese icing, make sure to allow the brownie to cool completely before adding.
