Strawberry Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl:

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen mango

1/4 cup greek yogurt

1 frozen banana

3-4 cup almond milk

Toppings:

Strawberry

Banana

Kiwi

Coconut flakes

Granola

Chia seeds

Instructions

  • Add frozen strawberry, mango and banana and greek yogurt to a blender and blend on low.
  • Gradually Add a bit of almond milk  and blend on low scraping down sides as needed, until the mixture reaches a soft serve consistency.
  • Scoop into a serving bowls  and top with desired toppings (optional). I prefer fresh fruits, chia seeds, granola and coconut flakes. A nut butter would be great here, too!
