INGREDIENTS FOR CRISPY BBQ CHICKEN WRAP:

BBQ chicken: See below how to make the best BBQ chicken at home. This chicken was so flavorful and will have you coming back for me.

Homemade coleslaw: Coleslaw is essential to this wrap. BBQ and coleslaw goes well together because the tangy flavors of the coleslaw balances out the sweetness of BBQ sauce. Plus, it adds a lovely creamy sauce to the wrap.

Fresh greens: Greens add a depth of freshness to the wrap and you can’t go wrong with a little extra vegetables on your plate. I like to use spinach but a combination of mixed greens goes perfect with this wrap.

Tortilla wrap: Use a high-quality large flour tortilla wrap.

HOW TO MAKE BBQ CHICKEN AT HOME:

BBQ chicken is one of the most popular and easiest dish to make at home. It only requires a few simple ingredient and several simple steps. First you’ll need a good quality BBQ sauce, chicken, seasonings, and a grill. I like to use a stovetop grill pan because I don’t have access to a grill or you can simply pan fry the chicken breast.

BBQ chicken seasoning:

  • Smoked Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cayenne (if you want to add a little spice)

  4. Fry for a few more minutes until chicken is cooked then remove the chicken from the pan and brush each side with more bbq sauce.

WHAT TO SERVE WITH CHICKEN WRAPS:

I paired this paired this BBQ chicken wrap with some crispy air fryer sweet potato fries. It was the perfect combo and only took 8-10 minutes to cook in the air fryer. See the recipe card below for how to make the crispiest sweet potato fries at home.
